PRESENTATION

An attorney at the Paris bar since 1998, Hélène assists and advises businesses in the digital industry such as mobile and website publishers, platforms, software, or SaaS, publishers in the adtech sector, the Internet of Things, cybersecurity, and innovative services.

Background: Hélène began her career in 1999 working in commercial law and new technologies at the law firm Azam-Darley, at the time of the deployment of Internet access to the public.

She joined the Yahoo! Group in 2000 where she served as Head of Legal responsible for the launch of services for France, and subsequently for southern Europe. She became General Counsel France in 2005.

Passionate about the liabiliy of intermediaries,  protection of personal data, online content and innovative services, Hélène founded her law firm in 2011, focusing her practice on digital and innovation, start-ups and the advertising ecosystem.

Hélène has lectured on electronic commerce (Masters) and cybersecurity Assas Paris II, Malakoff and DU Cybercriminalité in Montpellier.
